A lot of affordable housing options for the low-income groups can also be spotted in this newly developed residential hotspot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, home-buyers are neither reluctant nor sceptical for adding the western suburbs in their list while going out for property shopping. And one of the key reasons is because they can expect bigger and spacious properties around less congested areas and at economical rates. So, real estate development in the suburban areas of the western part of the city is catching pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Areas like Malad have emerged as the most profitable destinations with an array of residential options in varied price ranges. Malad has transformed into a vibrant residential, commercial and IT hub owing to the various developments. The social infrastructure of Malad today is well-developed.
